Today's Events

Apple released their new iPhone 3G and firmware version 2.0 for both iPhone and iPod touch. However much like last year Apple wasn't prepared. AT&T's activation servers were down leaving new iPhone customers with an unusable phone. Pre-existing iPhone users were unable to upgrade to 2.0 because of an overloaded apple server. Around an hour after the iPhone 3G was released people were noticing that compared to their old iPhone, the 3G had a yellowish screen. Which was obviously not a very hopefully sign for future buyers. On to of all of this thousands if not millions of iPod touch users are downloading the new firmware directly from apple for no cost. So far, it hasn't been a good day for apple. iPhone 3G pictured left, iPhone pictured right.
